Breakfast in the morning was taken in the quiet recognition of what a great night that all had at the 2011 Destination Gala Dinner the night before.
The morning gave a last chance to grab some last minute gift shopping before the coaches departed to take the group to sail the waters of the Hudson and East Rivers and take in the New York sights aboard the Bateaux New York.
Day 5 – Monday 13 November – Conference and Gala Dinner

The hum of anticipation and excitement filled the grand lobby of the Waldorf=Astoria as the day’s conference was being prepared in the magnificent Empire Room,
9.30am sharp and the conference started with a bang with the inimitable Michael Khatkar introducing the packed day before Managing Director Jamie Stewart talked about the latest Kleeneze news.
Jackie White was next up to talk about an exciting project that you will all hear about very soon.
Day 4 – A day to venture and ice skating in Central Park

Starting the day with another hearty 5 star breakfast everyone set off to all quarters of the city with a full day of free time available to explore the city and choose what they wanted to see.
Some shopped until they dropped in the likes of Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and not forgetting Tiffany’s of course, oh it sounds like a role call of film sets! Some great bargains were to be got in the likes of Apple and Hollister.

A bright and crisp autumnal morning started the day nicely as the Main Group qualifiers enjoyed the culinary breakfast delights of Oscar’s Restaurant before boarding the trusty coaches and a tour of the island of Manhattan, NY, NY.
Through Times Square and Broadway, the primary thoroughfare that cuts diagonally through the island, before we ventured further downtown.
Day 2 – Friday 11 November – The HeliFlip and the Main Group Arrive!!

You could almost taste the excitement as the Top Qualifiers rose early as their body clocks had still not acclimatised to the 5 hour time difference from home and more importantly the excitement and anticipation for the day ahead.
A sumptuous 5 star breakfast in Oscar’s Restaurant was followed by a coach trip to the Wall St Heliport East where the event of a lifetime was waiting for them all.
